We may collect the following digital personal data during your interaction with our forms, career portals, or authentication systems:

• Name and Email Address
• Phone/Mobile Numbers (used for OTP validation)
• Professional details associated with job inquiries

3. Purpose of Processing

The personal data collected will be processed strictly for the purpose for which consent was obtained. This includes communicating regarding our Engineering, IT, and Cybersecurity services, processing career applications, providing secure OTP-based login mechanisms, and responding to inquiries.

4. Rights of the Data Principal

Under the DPDP Act, you are entitled to the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to Access: You may request a summary of personal data being processed by us and the identities of all other Data Fiduciaries/Processors with whom it has been shared.
• Right to Correction & Erasure: You may request the correction of inaccurate data, updating of incomplete data, or the complete erasure of your personal data once the specified purpose has been fulfilled.
• Right of Grievance Redressal: You have the right to register a grievance with our designated Grievance Officer regarding any act or omission related to your personal data.
• Right to Nominate: You have the right to nominate an individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.

5. Duties of SINTEG Technologies LLP (Data Fiduciary)

As a Data Fiduciary, we ensure the completeness, accuracy, and consistency of the personal data processed. We maintain reasonable security safeguards to prevent personal data breaches. Your data will be erased as soon as the purpose for which it was collected is satisfied, or when you withdraw your consent.

6. Security Safeguards and Breach Notification

SINTEG Technologies LLP employs robust, industry-standard organizational and technical measures to protect your digital personal data from unauthorized access, modification, or destruction. In the unlikely event of a personal data breach, we are legally bound to notify the Data Protection Board of India and the affected Data Principals in the prescribed manner.

7. Processing of Children's Data

Our services are not directed at children. SINTEG Technologies LLP does not knowingly process personal data of children, nor do we undertake any tracking, behavioral monitoring, or targeted advertising directed at children.
